LES MAISONS DE L’HEURE VIDE : a collection of secluded country retreats in the heart of nature.

Our former project, d’une île, created a bridge between life in the city and the remote countryside. This time, we’re creating a collection of monumental, carefully renovated country houses, which, once again, provide direct passage into the realm of pristine nature, stillness and  profound beauty.

Here you can work in peace, relax, gather your friends and family around you and find inspiration during long walks through the rustic landscapes in which our houses are situated. These are cocoons, encapsulated by wild surroundings. Close to alluring landmarks, but at the same time remote enough to allow you to imagine yourself all alone in nature. Once again, a bridge between these two modes of life that are so very different from one another. 

In every house you will find a small épicerie fine and a cave à vins with the finest selection of natural wines. You will find carefully sourced local produce, as well as a carte de délicatesses with products from a little farther away. We have been working with most of these producers, who are among the best in their fields, for almost ten years now. Enjoy!

We offer you the comfort of a good hotel, but at the same time leave room for a homely feeling of freedom and relaxation. These offerings are simply at your disposal and to be enjoyed as you wish in the privacy of your own house.
