RESERVATION POLICY

We request a deposit of 25% of the rental price. The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival.

On the day of your arrival, the house will be available as of 4pm.
And on the day of your departure, please check-out before 10am.

The house can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. The house contains 8 beds and does not offer any extra sleeping arrangements. A baby bed (0 – 6 months) is available, if needed.

Weekly reservations only, from Saturday to Saturday.

Children are welcome. Considering the natural swimming pool nearby, and the many terraces and stone stairways, young children require special supervision.

Animals are not accepted.

Parties or soirees are not permitted.

No smoking inside the house.

Once your reservation is confirmed, you acknowledge having read and accepted the reservation policy and the cancellation policy concerning the house.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations may be modified or canceled 60 days prior to arrival, without any additional charges.

Your deposit will be reimbursed within 15 days of your cancellation.

In case of cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the amount paid shall be retained.

TAXES

Prices displayed include VAT tax. The visitor’s tax (€1.10 per person, per night, minors are exonerated) will be requested as an additional charge.
